i am hearing alot about slow small kids at father ryan and it is making it sound like the kids dont even know what the weight room looks like over there. i jsut wanted to say that the kids work as hard in weight room as any one in the state. I will also be the first one to say that it doesnt realy show they are still a small football team and they are small in other sports.i know they had a tremendous new coach (Dunlap) that worked with them in the winter and the spring. this coach was the most qualified and one off the best weight lifting coaches around. i dont know if he was jsut volunteering in the winter and the spring. the kids wher excited they where working as hard as ever because the could see them selves improving. when the summer came around toumer had it that they would not pay him or would not keep him on so the program went back to kids working hard but with little results.
