THEANIMAL
LOOKS LIKE KNOXVILLE LOSES ANOTHER WRESTLING OPPORTUNITY. THE SOUTHERN CHAMPS CAMP HAS BEEN IN KNOXVILLE FOR SEVERAL YEARS. IT HAS NOT BEEN VERY WELL ATTENDED. EVERYONE IN KNOXVILLE SAY THAT THEY WANT MORE WRESTLING OPPORTUNITIES BUT WHEN WE HAVE EVENTS LIKE THIS, THE LEE KEEP CLINIC AND THE GRAY SIMONS CLINIC ONLY A FEW PARTICIPATE. EVENTS LIKE THIS SEPERATE THE "WANT-TO-BE'S" FROM THE CHAMPIONS. THE ANIMAL
MLK
Regrettably we are leaving Knoxville. Hopefully other summer opportunities will occur for those interested. That area has some great coaches and wrestlers and we certainly enjoyed working with some of them for the past five summers. Special thanks to Don Beardsley and Knox Catholic for hosting the "Champ Camp". As disappointed as we were to leave Knoxville, we are just as excited to go to the tri-city area of upper Tennessee. Jeff Price and Science Hill will host the camp. If you are interested in excellent wrestling instruction and quality competition in a positive and enthusiastic atmosphere, join us for the Southern Champions Wrestling Camp nearest you. The Camp for Champions and for those who intend on being Champions. MLK
We have no big names of college coaches and international wrestlers but some of the best instructors in the state. Dual meet competition is spirited and competitive. Combine this with lunch included and the obligatory camp t-shirt for a great camp experience. We typically have 30+ schools represented at the 3 camps and have plenty of kids return nuumerous times. If that were not enough........ One wrestler at each of the three camps will win a free 10 by 10 home wrestling mat from Dollamur Contact scwcamp@yahoo.com or 423-618-6625

FES
To speak my own mind on this camp, I must say it was one of the best camps in the state! All of the great coaches from nashville memphis and chattanooga all come together at each camp and work one on one with you. When I was in high school, I went to this camp for 6 years in a row and learned new moves each year. I then went on to be a 3x state placer here and never went to an expensive out of town intensive camp. Everyone must try to go to one of these camps in Tennessee! Great coaching and a lot of fun!
