Monterey v. FCS

I was wondering what some different people thought about this interesting matchup. Can FCS handle the size of Monterey and can Monterey keep up with the Commanders quickness? Which team has the advantange, the size or the quickness? This is a big game for both teams because of region standings and playoff seeding.

If the FCS passing game is in full gear, they will be hard to beat! The question will be if Monterey's strong D-Line can put pressure on the FCS QB's before they complete the pass! If they can, Monterey will win, if not, FCS by two touchdowns! Monterey's 9th Grade TB will need a lot of yards rushing in this game! Good Luck to both teams!

Although hopes are high on the mountain that this will be THE year, I think the Cats will be lucky to finish 3rd behind Gordonsville and Friendship. It's a shame too with all the work they have put in the weight room and with all those dietary supplements they have taken!

Rumor has it that Coach Rhodes has researched the benefits of pickle juice and decided that they should make it illegal do to the strength and bowel problems it produces.

I think Friendship will pass the ball for over 200 yards in this game. Their 6-4, 200 lb QB has a rifle arm and you will see a lot of confused wildcats early on in the game. Look for Monterey to blitz a lot and get burned early! I think it will be FC 36-Monterey 12! You heard it first right hear!

WHAT A HARD FOUGHT VICTORY FOR FRIENDSHIP. MONTEREY PLAYED TOUGH AND HAS A GREAT BALL CLUB, BUT FCS JUST HAD WHAT IT TOOK TO WIN. ANY THOUGHTS ON THE GAME?

Is Monterey a much improved team? I was suprised that FCS didn't have more success putting points on the board with their new quarterback at the helm?

it was hard for frienship to score any points they scored all 11 in the 4th quarter. But they did score i am not the same handyy that is used in the above post. but i feel that if monterey had a Offensive AND defensive team this game is won by the cats, but that is an advantage of haveing that many players that can do it.
