From what Ive heard he informed his players at Wartburg that he is staying put. Thats good news for the dogs as they really appear to be turning the corner under Coach Shoemaker & the staff that he has assembled. Heck when I played there we were lucky to have 2 coaches! But good luck to Oakdale in their search, those kids deserve a quality coach.

 

Banjo picker, I agree with what you said about Oakdale getting a quality football coach -those kids deserve it. Ever since Travis Tapp left, it seems that the Oakdale job has been one big revolving door and a lot of different coaches with very little success. I'm surprised the boys basketball coach stayed as long as he did! Anyway maybe the administration can hire a quality guy down there.
