OK, for real now, I don't really know but heard he toyed with the spread on offense, the 4-2-5 on defense, and some of the 3-5-3 too on defense.

 

I cannot say that he is better than the Alcoa coach, but if you can talk the talk with administration you end up in good positions. This is his second head job in 3 years, and as stated that some people coach a lifetime without one opportunity. I guess the interveiw is more important than what happens on the field. I just know several people I know are excited that NW is going another direction, but as said years ago. Exactly 3 years ago if I do believe, you may not always get what you wish for.
