We finally know.

Alcoa vs. Grace Christian Monday night at Alcoa @ 7:00

Alcoa should advance if the boys take care of business and don't look ahead.

Do you have a score on the AE-Grace game?

Grace is much improved from Earlier in the season having all their players finally playing at the same time. I believe Alcoa will win but it may be closer than many people think.

ummmmm no it shouldnt be. they played 2 weeks ago and it was 8-0. No disrespect to GC, they have improved, but not that much

I have to agree with SeymourSoccer, Grace has improved quite a bit and they have a quality keeper. Alcoa is a very good team and I do believe they should win the game pretty easily however. Grace may not have the most skilled players around, but they definitely give it 100% the whole game.

I was wondering, does anyone have a handle on how good Carter really is? I know that have that one player that is outstanding, but what was their schedule like outside of the District? /motorbike.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":motorbike:" border="0" alt="motorbike.gif" />

There is no comparison that Alcoa played a much tougher schedule with several AAA powerhouses. Seymour's nonconference schedule was also tougher than Carter's.

Due to the conditions of our field the Carter - Fulton game for tonight has been cancelled. We have rescheduled the game for Tuesday night, 6:00 at Fulton.

The winner will play Wednesday night against the winner of the Berean/Gibbs game.

    • One school has said it, it was York…who Oneida and many school that played them before we did claimed that they were the dirtiest bunch they’ve played. Riverside didn’t call us dirty nor did smith after they beat us. Ur only dirty if your the one giving out the whoopins.
    • If it was anyone but #8 I would agree with you. Theirs a couple people on that team that probably would. Not him. And I who was standing on the 1st base line fence saw clearly that the boys foot was covering more than half the bag.
    • If y’all lose to Farragut something awful has happened.
    • Get him to Bearden ASAP! Or anywhere, Karns hs is in rough shape, probably not getting out of it anytime soon.
    • I'm not a Powell grad.  I am a Bearden grad.   My son and daughter are Powell grads.   I did radio play by play for Powell, my last year was 2013. I also did radio play by play for South Doyle, and my last gig was at Maryville before I retired.   My oldest grandson plays in the Karns Middle program, so I see more Karns games than I do Powell these days.  I've been to 3 Powell games since 2013.   I don't have any ties to Powell, haven't since 2013.   No "y'all" there.    And the kid you are talking about does have a very good arm, but he's not the QB that Deuce Rogers is.  Rogers is a legit dual threat guy.  The younger kid now at Clinton, or about to be at Clinton, isn't the dual threat that Rogers is.
