Today is the day that 840 will be apackin their bags for next year! /flower.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":flower:" border="0" alt="flower.gif" />

 

 

Beautiful Country,, we'll enjoy the ride down.....have fun, hopefully, have a good game, win or lose...we be alright..

 

Maybe they won't like us when we leave...............

WELL FROM WHAT I KNOW OF DICKSON, NO MATTER THE SITUATION, THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GREAT SPORTS. SO WHEN YOU LEAVE THEY WILL FOR SURE RESPECT YOU ONE WAY OR THE OTHER. GREAT GROUP WEST OF TOWN.

 

 

Always been my experience also....as alot of our girls grew up playing schools from that area from West Wilson Middle, our feeder school, and congrats to them they won tourny there this yr.....good people...still hadnt figured why wwms plays in that conference but thats another post.....

I am just guessing its at the High school, but then again our coach didnt learn of the cancelation yesterday until 1:50pm, 30 minutes before scheduled time to leave the school..so evidently we'll be the last to know anything again...I know I didnt answer your question, but thats all I can tell you.....sorry...

Thanks anyway. Here's a dumb question. Are Wednesday's regional finals elimination games or are they just for home field in a sectional game like baseball? Also what is Central's overall record?

 

 

The game is only for home field advantage.....and CC will not have to worry about that this year! /dry.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=" /flower.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":flower:" border="0" alt="flower.gif" />

Is the field at the school or at a city park? If so, which one?

 

Softball field is located at the school. the best way to access it if you arrive after 3:30 will be to turn right onto N. Charlotte off of 70W. Go about 1/4 mile and turn left up the bus ramp. The Softball field will be on your right as you go up the hill. If you arrive before 3:30, well.................... DON'T.................... you will regret ever putting yourself in that traffic mess.

      Yeah I am on board and plan on coming down from the Ridge for some home games, great Friday night atmosphere there.  I'm really hoping SC can get them back going and have some success for those fans and community.

      Yep I was field level on the scoreboard end throwing ball with Benny when we had that brief lead. Everybody got very excited but it was short lived as Murvil regrouped and went into machine mode. But yeah,  that hit sounded like the crack of a black powder rifle being fire.  I believe Dozier took one like that as a Soph up at Greeneville after on olay block.

      Ole Benny boy lol. I forgot about Harder. He was tough as crap. He graduated in ‘09. I went to the OR/Maryville game that year (great game, btw) and he collided with Jacob West (I think was his name) and you could hear it clearly at the top of the visitor bleachers. Man, it was a stick. He could lay some wood son. All those guys were tough, Elliott included.
