In District 9 AAA, I observed Beech winning its side of the bracket last night over Hendersonville. The Mt. Juliet side has, at least, one more game to go before the tournament championship game.

Mt. Juliet took care of their bracket yesterday by knocking off Wilson Central. The championship game is scheduled for 7 pm tonight at Beech...weather permitting, of course. No back up plan as of yet.

Farragut won their district tournament by default because the championship game was cancelled today.

Bearden is runner-up.

The same thing happened today in District 3 with Powell winning the championship and Halls finishing runner-up. Halls made a pretty impressive run coming as the 6 seed. Mt Juliet beat Beech yesterday for the top seed in Region 5. MJ hosts Dickson Co tonight at 7 and Beech travels to Clarksville.
