I was hoping someone would mention Morgan.After reading some some threads from summer clubs self promotion disguised as congrats for a player I decided not to name kids that played for us.

 

That being said teams that would dismiss or take Morgans abilities for granted will be doing so in error

 

Morgan didnt play summer ball this year..She hasnt quit or forgotten how to dribble or shoot.....She hasnt lost any of that tremendous quickness.

 

You dont achieve all district for 3 years because you cant play the game.Sorry for the venting i thought Morgan was being overlooked a little.

Nia Gregory of Collierville looks to be headed to Southern Ill. or Univ of Ark at Little Rock. She is not bad...Laura Avant of Luasanne would have to be listed above any that are mentioned from any school(I haven't looked at every post on the list but she ain't bad)

Alyson Roberts # 11 For the Upperman Lady Bees. Ran the point for scorers Davis,Maynard and Dyer. Always draws the toughest defensive assignment whether they're 6'5" or 5'4". You left out that she played all last season with extream pain in her shoulder. She looks good after the surgery. And, yes she has been underrated.

 

Glad to hear the surgery went well. Im looking forward to the start of the season.

Wow, this has been fun to read and helped me get ready for another season of Basketball. I'm gonna say Rechelle though, Go South Greene.

No doubt about it! Heather Butler is an awesome player & an even more awesome young lady! She makes her teammates better, never complains, takes responsibility for her mistakes on the court and always acts with the greatest of class! I don't find any reason to compare her to anyone cause she is one of a kind! I'm sure all of the other girls mentioned on this thread are great, too. There is no reason to compare them, but it is an honor to congratulate them & wish them the best in the future. Heather is a humble young lady & she deserves any positive recognition. As a parent, I can't think of a better role model for young ladies in Gibson County! We were blessed to have 4 wonderful seniors on our team that could teach all of us how to act with class. Thank you, Heather Butler! Good luck at UTM - we will sure miss you!! Best of luck to all seniors going on to play in college - God bless!
