Harpeth @ Creekwood....much anticipated

Two of those late touchdowns were interception returns and the other was a short field after a fumble recovery. I don't count those against a competitor that's trying to make a play. Throwing a couple of interceptions in the 4th quarter trying to compete and getting your team in the game is different than turning the ball over in a close ball game and throwing it up for grabs.

 

I thought the young quarterback handled adversity well, was calm in the pocket and led his team. That's all you can ask. No realistic Harpeth fan had this game circled as a win at the beginning of the season. That was last week's game.

Roark is still on the team and will start next week against Fairview.

 

As for the game Creek Wood led it 27-14 and then the wheels fell off for Harpeth and the final score read 55-14 following 4 TDs. Congrats to Creek Wood on the victory. Best of luck to Creek Wood & Harpeth the rest of the way.
