According to the new Z plan, is it possible for team A to finish the season with a 3-3 record, team B to finish at 2-4 with team A beating team B, neither finishing as an automatic qualifer, can team B make the playoffs over team A?????

 

I guess my question is, after the automatic qualifers are selected, are the wild cards selected using the TSSAA calculator with no consideration to district records or head to head competition????

First, all teams usually play 10 games, so what are these records you're giving?????

The first criteria for wildcard selection is overall victories so if B went 6-4 overall and A went 5-5 overall, then B would be the higher rated wildcard team.
