MTCS @ Eagleville for Playoff Seeding

The esteemed Tom Kreager of the DNJ has picked Eagleville on this one -- 17-14.

 

The esteemed was close---17-10, oh and MTCS won . Good game to watch. Field was very muddy-limited offenses. No injuries, both teams should represent district well.

WAY TO GO COUGARS!!!!! Wish I could have been there tonight seeing as I live about 10 minutes from the school, but two sick babies and a sick hubby kept me busy at home! Good luck next week in the playoffs!!!!!!!!!! YOU DESERVE IT!!!!!!!!!

From the visitor's side of the field this was a close and exciting game to watch. The field's condition was horrible (due to our recent seattle-like weather). The ball was muddy and slick leading to poor snaps on punting situations. An MTCS punt was blocked on a high snap leading to an Eagleville score and an low snap by Eagleville on a punt led to the punter scrambling and knocking over an offical that set-up a MTCS score.

 

Eagleville's defensive line played extremely tough all night long. Their two quick backs were effective (#3 and #6).
