I look for Page to be the team to beat next year. Giles is graduating a lot & so is Spring Hill. Fairview is a team that also has some rebuilding to do. I look for Page to be the preseason choice in the district next season. I also look for both Lewis County & Marshall County to be much improved following rebuilding years.

Couldn't have said it better myself. Those were my exact thoughts.

How was that second batch of crow Mikey?

It actually wasn't that bad to be honest :roflolk:

There may be a factor that some may not know about. IF Richland doesnt find a coach how many of those kids will come down and play at GCHS?

Wow, I think this is your first post where you didn't come out and attack me :roflol: Congratulations!

 

I don't think this will happen. They will find someone to coach the team, even if it is one of the assistant coaches from last season. Even if they did come over they would just ride the bench :roflolk:

I don't think this will happen. They will find someone to coach the team, even if it is one of the assistant coaches from last season. Even if they did come over they would just ride the bench :roflolk:

 

Mike. You have been on a roll. Proud of you son. Ride the bench though? You well know if you do the time, survive Big Joe, and put forth the effort, OC's going to find a place for you to contribute. No player last year who did these things failed to touch the grass when the clock was running.

True. But I don't think these Richland players will be able to handle the practices and work that OC puts them through. It will be alot different than Richland practices for sure.

Lewis County does have a pretty good team returning but with Coach Sharp being diagnosed with cancer that could change things. don't know the prognosis of Coach Sharp but when the C word is mentioned its always a battle. Please keep Coach Sharp in your prayers, Hoping for good results from his treatments

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!

      I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
