STYLES & ENTRY FEE

IRON MAN STYLE - $15

3 Periods:

1st period Freestyle

2nd Period CHOICE of Folkstyle or Greco (Choice determined by winner of first period)

3rd period - Whatever Style Was not selected in 2nd Period

We will use Freestyle rules in best of 3 periods. If first two periods are won by same wrestler then third period is not necessary

A Fall ends the match in any period

A tech in a Fokstyle period will constitute a win for the period, not the match

REGISTRATION & WEIGH-INS

Physical Weigh In - Saturday 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM

 

TOURNAMENT START TIMES

9:00 am

 

AWARDS FOR EACH STYLE

Medals to 1st - 2nd - 3rd - No awards presented until completion of the weight class.

 

SPECTATOR FEE

$6.00 Adult—$4.00 Child (under 12) – Children under 4 free

 

Tournament Information

All participants must present a current USWA membership card at registration. You must pay your registration fee online at www,lionspridegrappling,com. Competitors under 18 years of age must have the signature of a parent or guardian on the registration form as well as the liability wavier. Reversible red / blue singlet is preferred. The use of headgear is strongly encouraged.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Concessions will be available. No Coolers in Gym! - Coolers will be placed in a separate area. Detailed information will be provided to parents/coaches when contact is made regarding registration and weigh-ins
