This should be a close game. Summertown is playing about as well right now as they have played all year long. Willard was quoted as saying that they were a "uniquely tough" bunch, and I have to agree. While some of the guards have major attitudes that can rub even neutral spectators the wrong way, it is those feisty attitudes that tend to drive them and their teammates in tough situations. With that being said, Moore County has a little more experience than Summertown, and I think Vann will be the best player on the court at all times. The inside game of Moore County should overpower Summertown, as I don't see Graham being mobile enough to contain Vann or Raby, and with Grooms's tendency to get in foul trouble, she could be in trouble early on in the game. The guard play is fairly even, and one should expect a lot turnovers by both teams considering the hard-nosed, in-your-face defense that both teams tend to play at times. If this game was able to be held at Moore County High School, I would go with them by 6 - 10. But since it is at Motlow, I think it will be very close with either team winning by no more than 5 points. Good luck to both teams.
