Playoff Brackets are out.

Division 1

1E. McCallie vs. 4W. Houston

2W. Brentwood vs. 3E. Ravenwood

1W. MUS vs. 4E. Farragut

2E. MBA vs. 3W. CBHS

McCallie and MUS should win without a lot of trouble. 2 other games should be really good. Maybe slight edge to MBA and Ravenwood.

Division 2

1. Baylor vs. 8. Father Ryan

4. JP2 vs. 5. Cookeville

2. Ensworth vs. 7. Webb-Knoxville

3. Collierville vs. 6. St. George's

JP2/Cookeville game will probably be a close game (maybe slight edge to JP2 b/c they are at home?). Ensworth looks like they are peeking at he right time. Baylor looks to tough for Father Ryan. Game out west could be a shoot-out, maybe tough for Collierville to win 3 in one year from St. George's.

Good Luck to all.

Looks like there were a couple of good games in D2. JP2 edging out Cookeville and Ensworht just getting by Webb-Knoxville. Ensworth will play the winner of the St. George's/Collierville game and JP2 will play Baylor who beat Father Ryan by quite a lot.

I heard McCallie will not play Houston until Wednesday any truth to that?

When will Farragut/MUS play?

I believe Ravenwood/Brentwood play tomorrow.

McCallie plays Farragut tonight at 6:30pm at McCallie. McCallie should win and then they will play Ravenwood on Saturday in the semi's. Could be an interesting game saturday, rumor has it McCallie maybe down a pole. The rubber match between MBA and MUS should be good as well.

IN D2 semi-final action

Baylor vs. JP2 (3pm at CBHS)

and

Enswoth vs. Collierville/St. George's winner (1pm at MUS) Collierville and St. Georges play tonight

MBA-MUS (6pm at MUS)

Ravenwood vs. McCallie/Farragut winner (6pm at CBHS)

Good Luck to all

    • TSSAA restrictions for hiring non-faculty coaches have been removed for over a year at this point. In the past a non-faculty person had to be "grandfathered" by being an assistant coach for five years, being fingerprinted, and having a background check run per TSSAA rules... since those were rescinded, the board of directors for the school district are responsible for any/all restrictions on hiring non-faculty personnel. I guess what I'm saying to you is that if you really wanted what you posted, it's already possible as long as your local BOE will allow for it.
    • stop it, rlh. you’re gonna get me all misty eyed and sentimental.    i see seven fairly regularly. ….but slim shady, that’s like spotting bigfoot on main street. you just hope he doesn’t spot you.
