I was sunning myself until the lightning started....Got to see the first half at least until having to leave for other kid's events yesterday...sure would like to know who the obnoxious OR parent was that was sitting in the Notre Dame press box, constantly making loud comments and coaching 'tips' that seem to bellow over the fans below...

 

Really hope that wasn't you Akula...

Nah... was getting texts from Akula.

I was there and didn't get that impression. Both teams looked relaxed and you would not think it was a preseason game with the level of intensity shown. It was a good match. ND was physical and tied it up with 3 minutes to go on a very nice hit from about 25 yards out. OR's younger players also did real well which tells this will continue to be a competetive team for some years to come. It was entertaining.

 

OTP- I was wondering where you were....You have been quiet....

 

And Canes- I am obviously not on track with things, and don't get the OJ reference...

A very accurate assessment including the absence of ghosts. It was an entertaining pre-season game that both teams appeared to play well in. Good luck to our friends at ND.
