Not true. I was very unimpressed with Young last year. I'm ready to see the real deal Friday night.

 

 

my bad... he had 128 rushing and 3 tds on 18 carries and had over 150 APY...in a 35-20 win....I guess ppl have to do alot to impress u...

Young is sick. amazing back. im gonna be realistic here, if Rhea cant contain him, game over. can't let him get to the outside, make him run it up the gut. we got 7 in the box, so we need to contain. Lets shock the state Rhea!

Everything said on this blog thats positive about DY is TRUE !! I have seen him this year and last year against Jeff Co.He has improved 200 percent.IMO the only way to stop him is to run your 2 best athletic/strongest/fastest players at him on every play.Even then your gonna have your hands full.Good luck to both teams,Hope for a injury free game also .

Not bad, but didn't look like an the all American he was hyped up to be. I'm sure it just wasn't his best performance. I'm ready to be impressed.

Everybody seems to make him out to be the greatest in quite awhile. I guess he alone is worth the price of admission? Maybe they should just hand him the Mr. Football award too?

no doubt in my mind that if he keeps having a season he's been having, he'll be handed the Mr. Football award. Look at his highlights, even as a sophomore! its really quite astonishing. And to all those referring to last years game, if you will look in the Rhea Co @ Bearden Forum from last year, it seems as if Mr. Young was quite sick when he played us. Should be quite the sight friday, can't wait for the game.
