Warn Status

Please explain these numbers. Are these numbers changed by Admin or members? Can't find an explanation anywhere else.

I think I had given the wrong information on this in an earlier thread. This system is used by moderators (and administrators) to warn members about inappropriate posts. The end numbers are the minimum and maximum levels and the middle number (0) is your warning level currently.

I seen warn status listed on our name......what is it and why is it. Would like to know what it would be attached to. What posting caused it? I looked in my e-mail and no info. listed, would appreciate an explanation so I can be aware.
