In Q1 I don't see HV winning over (2-9) JC putting them #2 over CD.

I think CD is #3 and Eliz is #6.

Eliz has played more teams with a winning record than AE.

Bledsoe is east of Howard. Therefore, Howard should go to Quad 3 and Bledsoe to Quad 2. Right?

beause C-D lost and HV won it gave them the same amount of wins...HV wins on the second criteria

In the projected brackets the last few weeks Bledsoe has been in 3, Howard has been in 2. One of the posters wrote it may be on travel instead of actual location and Bledsoe would be quicker to get to the other Quad 3 teams than Howard. Until it's finalized, who knows for sure.
