Alright milo I haven't had to go here since we played Lincoln County last year.

 

A rick, rack or face cord is only a part of a cord of wood. ... A rick or rack is the amount of firewood stacked by 4' by 8' by one row of the length of the..... should you need more definitions please go to the library. Libraries are usually brick buildings that contain books. Books are pieces of paper bound together that contain useful pieces of information such as definitions.

 

And just because your from Smyrna don't assume everybody steals their gas, Yes there are actually people in the world that pay for their gas.

Every 6A team that is left should be extremely happy to see Blackman and Smyrna playing this week. These two teams are much too talented to be meeting in the quarterfinals. Its a shame one will not

Don't you boys think you should give Maryville a little consideration for being in the title game? All they have to do is beat a Bearden team that they have already manhandled this year and then beat (probably) Riverdale, who they destroyed last year. My money would be on Maryville to win it all.

 

you're on the wrong thread...

but since you are here...at least you have an opinion

no doubt in my mind that Maryville is the team to beat from the east...

and no doubt in my mind that the winner of blackman vs smyrna will face yall in the championship game...

i'll wait until it happens to comment...

but Maryville better be as good as they have ever been to beat one of these teams...

if you've ever loved a good western movie... "Tombstone" has to be one of the best...in the movie...wyatt earp seems to speak for the blackman blaze in this 2010 title run and specifically to the smyrna bulldogs...

Looking forward to this game. You knew it was coming and now the rematch is hear. Will the sequel be as good as the first. I think it has all the ingredients to be. I believe this will be one of the best games of the year.

 

Any key injuries that might keep a player from playing at 100% or not play at all. I heard both backs were banged up. I know at this stage alot of guys are banged up. Our coach used to ask us if we were hurt or injured. He'd say you can play hurt but you can't play injured.

 

Good luck to both teams.

speaking of stopping trains one was stuck on the tracks for a while here in smyrna(seriously)...something about a team of bulldogs was in the way :roflol: :roflol:

I completely respect your prediction. This IS the REAL STATE CHAMPOINSHIP game. Too explosive teams in a rematch. Both teams have improved over the season, better get there early. No injury football at it's best.

OH so after this game the season is over and the winner will get sized for their rings? I guess RIVERDALE maryville bearden and oak ridge should just stay home and not even play anymore

      Richland plays at McKenzie on Wed.  Should be a good series.  Does Richland have good pitching?

      Congratulations to the Warrior baseball team winning the Region Championship.  Last night the football team beat Franklin Co 33-0 in their spring scrimmage. Warriors looked very good. Missing a few players who were playing baseball but still absolutely dominated. A lot of young ones got in halfway through the 3rd when the score reached 33-0. QB Tilton Pickett looked very sharp.  Sam Pickett is on another level this season. Seems to have put on 15 to 20 lbs in the off season and added a step as well. Transfer from last year Williamson caught numerous balls and is very elusive. Lots of athletes on this team. Defense was smothering and will only get better. The head coach from Sewanee was in attendance and offered 2 kids after the game. Could be a special year.
