Nov 20th Beaver Bash Change

The Beaver Bash will be moved from "The Zone", back to Karns High School. Everything else is the same. We will still be having the mass hydration test, hospitality room, satellite weigh-ins and middle school. The only change is the move to the high school. We have a lot more room for seating, parking and concessions. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.

Many email asking great questions:

*Satelite weigh ins the night before at your school- include TEAM LIST WITH NAME OF WRESTLER, WEIGHT, AND DIVISION.

*We need either an email or fax no later than 7:30pm(est)

*fax number is 865 531 9719

 

The info we want NOW, is estimate number of who is bringing what, number of MIDDLE SCHOOL, HIGH SCHOOL, AND GIRLS wrestlers. Nothing more than a solid estimated number so that we have an idea.

Once you have submitted the name and weight(FRIDAY NIGHT) that cannot be withdrawn from tournament. If that wrestler doesnt show, we scratch him out period, no changes are made to that bracket. You still are to pay for that entry.

All Wrestling Starts @ 9am... That should give teams riding together with middle schoolers time to get to Karns. Also, Bring Chairs for Middle school Area in back gym. NO SEATING IN BACK GYM. Full concessions, hospitlity room. Look Forward to a great turn out!
