Dresden take on Greenfield

Greenfield got outcoached last night. Are we trying to make Emily Randolph a point guard? Why not leave Emily under the goal where she can rebound and score. Emily had 2 points last night and never played no where close to the goal.

On the serious side. Coach west and father, GREAT JOB! From the most soft team at the beginning of the year, to a physical DRESDEN STYLE defense now. So impressed with the difference in defensive play. I don't even recognize the team. Go Lions!

wrong,dresden like greenfield are basketball schools and all ways will be. neither has ever been relevant in football and i don't look for it to change, but it is good amusement until november when real sports start.

I don't believe they got out coached. I believe they got out played. Coach West has the team playing hard and good on defense. It don't matter what you do, 50 points is too many. Defense wins championships. greenfield has trouble guarding the ball and when you get beat off the dribble and have to help and the other team makes shots, look for a long night. I believe you saw two of the best coaches in west Tn last night.

Congratulations to Dresden, your girls are playing well. The Jones girl and the Phillips girl stepped up big and carried Dresden. I expect Dresden to win their district and that is critical to be opposite Lake County in the region, Dresden can beat anybody in 14A except Lake County. Dresden doesnt have alot of depth and that could catch up to them if referees call a close game.

 

The loss is not a major stumble for Greenfield although it should be a wake up call. We can beat most teams or we can lose to anybody. Every game is critical beginning next week and hopefully we will get to meet Dresden again in the region semifinal game. Good luck to Dresden and I hope we get to play again.
