Just shows how bad the rest of the teams in that area suck.:roflolk:

Since there is such a big split up in the classifications, the other teams in the class suck. Comparing games and scores last year Friendship Christian was the 3rd best team in 2a, they give Signal Mountain of the 3 close games they played all year and lost to Trousdale County. Outside Signal Mountain, Trousdale County, and Frienship Christian there wasn't another good team in 2a. As a matter of fact South Pitt and Gordonsville were both better than FCS. Those are 5 teams that should have been playing each other in the playoffs instead of being split up into 2 seperate classes. The way they have the classifications it takes away the competition, especially in the lower classes because there is that 1 or 2 dominant teams. I think their should be 2 divisions, division 1 with 3 classes for public and division 2 with 2 classes for private, or just keep it like we got it but just have 4 classes instead of 6 that way teams like Trousdale County and South Pitt who cruise through the playoffs on a norm will have to earn their way to the state championship.

"But I thought" LOL

You know I did a little research and since 1975 Macon County has had just 4 winning season, this is not .500 record but finishing the season with more wins than losses, while RBS has only 1. Now I would think with an enrollment of 3 or 4 times the students we have you could manage to do better than that?:flower:

    • It is what it is. Sorry DFL.
    • One of the biggest loosing teams in Mid-State are the Macon County Tigerettes. I have noticed that the roster is smaller than in the years past. All the senior's have quit. We have a great group of Jr High players coming up. I sure hope they don't loose them, like they have lost so many others this year. With this young group of girls coming up, a weaker district, they should have no problem going to State.
    • It was updated this season, because I did it.  Linder is the school's all-time leading rusher at 5,156 yards with 2,436 of those coming in 2014.
    • Oh, I’m sure you did. Maybe you heard just a rumor, but considering we have a football practice field and a soccer field that’s frequently used for lacrosse games and practices, I highly doubt it. Let me change that. I know for a fact that didn’t happen.   Glad you finally stopped attacking a bunch of high school students, but still obsessed with the coaching staff for some unknown reason, even though you could name more than three (at most) coaches without looking it up. But now come up with something else.
    • You really mean the Price twin boys and Lyin Larry.
