How can you have tryouts when high schools season are not even over yet. Is that not a rule.

Best I can tell from the TSSAA web site, the first official day of practice is not until 10/28. I think you are eligible to run and condition as a team now, but not practice with the team, coach and a ball until 10/28. Sectionals will be over by March 9 and the only thing remaining by that time will be the state. Girls AAU in Tennessee is very strict about not getting in the way of high school ball. The Stars are a good organization. I'm sure they 1)know the rules and 2)will follow the rules.
