GOINGYARD
coffee county has to superd jr.s this year in Clark and McNeese, they were the back bone of this weak team last year. Ilook for them to get some help this year from 2 other jr.s this year in Peterson and Hansert.

Guest DrTurn2
Franklin Co. has three outstanding jrs. All had extensive playing time as sophs. Puryear: (outfielder) strong arm, great speed, and hits with power. Crabtree: (ss) slick fielder, strong arm, great speed, line drive hitter. Summers: (2nd) another slick fielder, great speed, quick release around the bag, line drive hitter.
Guest raiderboy60
He plays for DCA and does not get the playing time he needs but this should be a breakout year for the junior.

etigerville
Why does everybody leave out single A players. Just because we play at a smaller school doesn't mean we aren't as talented. The difference between us and you guys is that we play two or three or sometimes even four different sports, so we can't practice one sport the entire year. That's why when a small school like Eagleville beats a larger school like Page, people should notice. Eagleville, Cornersville, Forrest, Cascade, Richland, Culleoka, Unionville, and Moore County all have great talent in baseball as well as their other sports (District 11A), the problem is they don't get their athletes from those other sports until those sports end their seasons. Triple A schools and their players should have a little respect for all of us "little" guys. We play hard and we harbor our own pool of talent. By the way, my point was that Bryce Toups of Eagleville is a premier junior catcher in the mid-state at any level. Also, Eagleville is LOADED with sophomores that can play! Look out for Eagleville this year and for years to come! Go Eagles!!!
ohwhatdoyouknow
yeah, i agree trueblue, Nick is a very good player with a lot of potential. He will be a good leader next year, especially since he is one of the top leaders this year. He might not always have a outstanding game or get a hit every game but he gives a 110% when it comes time to lace up the cleets and hit the field. He struggled at the beggining of the season but looks like he is starting to get things in order and start making a name for himself around the district. The one thing I like most about this kid, is the way he carries himself. He always looks like he is ready to play and does anything he can to get into the game. Also, another thing that I really like about him and I know that other coaches have seen, is his base running abilities, and from what I have been told, that is what he loves to do and takes pride in, is his running.
