Winning doesnt mean a thing in the pre-season, getting better does. That said, I am glad we scrimmage teams like Brentwood, Mt. Juliet, and Beech, it gives us good practice for Riverdale. If memory serves me right, I think it is Beech and MJ on the 4th and @ Brentwood on the 5th

Oakland has Beech on Thursday and then scrimmages Brentwood/MJ on Friday. It ought to be an exciting scrimmage. All 3 teams are worthy opponents and very well coached.

Looking forward to both scrimmages. Should give us a good idea about our younger guys and if they are ready to step up.

I believe that Oakland will scrimmage MBA and Ensworth this year as well.
