Coaches and Wrestlers,

 

I just wanted to let everyone know we will be hosting a Super32 qualifier for the 2011 season On September 3rd 2011 at Union Grove High School in McDonough, GA. Please go to this link for registration information. Top 4 placers in this tournament qualify for early registration for Super 32 which will be held in Greensboro, NC on October 29th and 30th.

106 - Jon Boatman (Greeneville) 2nd (28 in bracket)

Chris DeBian (Cleveland) 4th (28)

113 - Austin Stevison (Cleveland) 4th (19)

120 - Zach Heavilon (St. Mem) 3rd (25)

132 - Haden Hamilton (Cleveland) 4th (22)

138 - Aaron Lopez (Cleveland) 2nd (21)

220 - Seth Snyder (Cleveland) 4th (9)

285 - Stephen Jackson (Gibbs) 2nd (6)

Is that all the wrestlers from TN that participated or were there more? I'm too lazy to look through the brackets myself

No that wasnt all of them. On the first post there is a link. Open it and view the current entries list. It will show by weight and state the kids that wrestled this weekend. Cleveland had the most there.

Looks like there were 4 matches that put TN wrestlers against one another.

 

106 - Jon Boatman (Greeneville) 10-2 m.d. over Chris Palacio (Red Bank)

145 - Zach Fordham (Chatt. Central) 3-2 d. over Logan Young (Gibbs)

145 - Logan Young (Gibbs)f.over Brian Erfmann (Cleveland)

145 - Logan Young (Gibbs)f. over Javier Francisco (Cleveland)

I also noticed that many of the TN kids, and particularly the Cleveland kids, forfeited their last matches. Did the tournament run long and they needed to leave?

The tournament was ran great and had tough competition. We went down there for 2 goals, one too get some tough pre season competition and secondly to qualify those who wished to go to Super 32. Once we had our guys qualified, we chose to hit the road.
