deadaim
How are these teams better/worse than one another? Why will (BA/MBA) win? MBA is much better than their team from last year. Bigger, faster and can put it in the air and over the top for the first time since Luke Colbert was injured against Ensworth two years ago this Friday.MBA also has take it to the house speed at tailback now. BA has lost its two running backs and team speed is not what was last year. However they are big and improving. Will be close and the big plays will decide it. Line is BA by 6 1/2. nike7
BA is a young, talented team. Young QB with incredible talent, that looked better last week. A talented recieving corps led by Al Thompson. An offensive line that looked weak against trinity but showed signs of improvement against maplewood. A talented, deep defensive line Lear by Woody Baron, and a couple ball hawks in the secondary. Special teams have been incredibly weak so far, and must show improvement, or they could cost the eagles.

MBA is a better team this year. The offensive play calling is so much better than last year ( who can forget the 3rd and 27 call to run up the middle when we totaled maybe 10 positive yards between the tackles all night). Coach Euverard has one goal and that is to play to win. I think his positive leadership and the team cohesiveness will(IMO)give the Big Red the edge. Custer
Tennessean: Brentwood Academy, MBA ready for showdown This article quotes that 3 MBA players were hurt during the Trinity game. 2 had surgery this week......... One is out definitely for Friday. Anyone know that status on these starters? 1 RB, a WR, and a OL
Letitsnow
TB Jackson is likely out for the year (ACL), OL Mitchell I don't know about. FS and WR Blackwell is doubtful but may play some offense tomorrow night. He had a minor meniscus injury.

RollRedPhoto
On a hot and muggy night, the MBA frosh used an air and ground attack to jump to a first half 21-0 lead, boatracing the visiting BA team to a 34-14 final victory. I'm with you there. Only Annoor does not start, and Brashers was starting until a knee injury. All these kids are the real deal. Future is looking pretty bright for those young men. nike7
42-6. BA pulls off a dominating victory against the big red. Eagles looked incredibly sharp, and were clearly the superior team.
