Might be about the only thing Sequatchie coach can control , he has a hard time controling emotions or has he reached puberty and started to mature?

haha not gonna lie thats funny as h3ll. Should be a good game though both teams play and hit hard, may the best team win.

Men I have had the oppurtunity to of have Chad on my staff and he is an outstanding coach and man. He is doing a great job coaching there. People support your coach and staff and players and you guys will have a special season. I know that Sequatchies fans are the best and will continue to support those young men. GO INDIANS !!!!!

That game was a "slobber knocker" with both sides laying out the licks. I thought a big difference was Sequatchie was able to pass a bit when needed-one for a touchdown and one that set up a field goal. They also controlled things defensively in the second half. Grundy's score came after they returned an interception all the way back to around the 15 and even then they barely got it across the line on fourth and goal. A few things defensively again didn't make the box, for Sequatchie Austin Lamb and Logan Summers each had two sacks, Hunter Hudson had an interception, Jake Pickett recovered a fumble and Tyler Davis gets credit for a fumble recovery when Grundy couldn't handle a kickoff. (Don't even get me started on the second kickoff).

I would still like the refs opinion on what happened, the returner never signaled fair catch and is therefore fair game. Hunter absolutely destroyed him, and was then flagged for kick catch interference. The play caused a fumble that was returned for a touchdown. Overall the refs played way to much into the outcome of this game, I believe over 20 penalties between the two teams

    • Wow, that really stinks. I hate that for you guys.
    • Not sure what you mean? 40 TOTAL? Macon is a good team no doubt, but I believe they've only scored 35 total points against Uppeeman the last two years, and that's over three games.
    • This scenario resonates with the dynamics observed in my hometown of Hartsville. The undue influence of politics on high school sports remains a pervasive issue, detracting from the integrity of athletic programs.  The proliferation of individuals driven by a thirst for power inevitably precipitates the downfall of any program. It appears that we are currently grappling with similar challenges akin to those faced by Greenback. Please accept my condolences for your ordeal.
    • From what we are hearing on the reservation we will be lucky to beat sunbright. And trust me I am not throwing stones at them because they play their hearts out. It’s a tuff game every year, just like Oakdale but when you have small numbers that’s what you get. And then you add in that you loose two top linemen and the starting qb!!!! Along with a running back!  We are in deep trouble.
    • The coach's departure ensued due to the absence of backing from the board members, compounded by the unsettling revelation that one board member persistently surveilled him, verging on conduct akin to harassment. Furthermore, it appears that meeting the expectations of this community remains an unattainable feat, as even a hypothetical scenario of clinching five consecutive state championships would likely not suffice to quell discontent. The current situation is fraught with complications, primarily stemming from applicants for the position who have cultivated relationships with board members known to have opposed the former coach.
