Goosedad a W is a W, Mcminn boosters pay good money for those Referees, lol. Is the refs even from around here don't they travel to various games each week and not MCMINN REFS? Dear Derrick I do agree with you about the option, it would be hard to stop with good speed at the key positions good point. Also, Bo was a defensive coach in Georgia and that is his strength. But the games I have seen I feel like he has game planned well, whether the kids play well is out of his hands but I feel like he has given every opportunity he could with x's and o's. Now I also agree he should snap the ball from center some and look into the option a little but so should a lot of teams including the VOLS. But if you know much about the option it is a love/hate relationship it is complex and has a huge risk for turnovers, and it needs a different Quarterback than Mcminn has to be able to run it. Red Bank would win the state this year if they ran it, but should they try to put it in because it is different, no. It has its pluses and minuses, weigh them out a little and lighten up on poor ole BO, Mullinax ran the same offense for many years before you were born before he ever learned different philosophy's and started running different sets. Give him some more years and heck it seems to be so important to you so ask to help coach some instead of bashing. And last but not least 89 CHARGER you can put together the ALL-STAR team from Central from 89 to the present and I would still run for 200 plus yards have 4td and 20 tackles against you guys so... NEXT!

"Red Bank would win the state this year if they ran it"

They could not win the state if they ran it every play including practice !!!!

With all things being equal my opinion on the difference between who losses and wins will be determined by which team capatilizes on the other teams mistake. This one comes down to which team makes the fewest mistakes and points that are scored as a result of those mistakes.

Another item of interest in this game: With both teams displaying success in the passing game the team that limits the other team in yards after the catch will be important. Thus tackle with proper fundamentals and limit those extra yards.

I like the Cherokees in this one because they are at home and they are showing signs of overcoming obstacles!

No need for me on therapy, Everybody who knows me I will support the kids but that jackass of a coach no. You might need a towel with all this crying that you have done cause somebody is talking bad about bo! Its cool, Hide behind your name on here! Thats the difference in few here and there, I talked to to people at the game and they said who they are, so dont be ashamed of who you are!

OH DERRICK, I keep leaving hints as to who I am, you are so much fun! "i love you man" I am not ashamed as I am as handsome as CAPTAIN MORGAN. But seriously maybe yoga will help with the tension, love don't hate.

RED BANK- Didn't understand what the question was about them from someone but what I was implying was that they have the skill players to run the wishbone to perfection. Their qb is probably the fastest most allusive kid I have seen this year to go along with I think #26 or 27 and #6 maybe. One guy is big and fast the other 2 fast and allusive point is if you had the 3 of them in the backfield at the same time in a wishbone formation the defense could not cover all of that speed. Now not saying that is what they should do cause the way they get the qb in space to throw which he does very well or run, is also very productive, just stating that RED BANK has the type of talent it takes to be able to run the wishbone if they wanted to and also the smarts.

I was very shocked to see that Hixson almost beat them, I knew it would be a good game but I am looking forward to watching Hixson play later this year and see what they got.

    • And can you tell me who those two quarterbacks were, and every kid that was put into college from Bearden is a Bearden kid? It’s kind of why they graduated from Bearden.   and I would definitely not consider ETSU “waste”…
    • Most of this is complete gibberish. But the one part I could decipher is putting kids in college. This coaching staff hasn’t put a single Bearden kid in college. They completed wasted one of the best WRs in East TN and have ruined two talented QBs. All because they’re in over their heads.
    • Well, I’d hope the new coaching staff thinks they are all that because they can always walk around the school, anytime they want, thinking that, especially for what they’ve done for the student athletes and the players, putting more kids in college in his first season than the old coaching staff did in numerous years combined, but we will just sweep over that because I know you don’t like facts. But trust me, nobody wanted Mr. Big britches, made the star player switch to quarterback, which is ultimately the reason he ended up transferring to play the position. He loved, but unfortunately, had to be at another school because Mr. Big Britches doesn’t like when a teenager knows more than him, but can’t expect much coming from a guy who used all class throwing pencils up into the ceiling and making fun of football kids who were failing class right to their face, and in front of numerous students, even projecting on the board most of the time.
    • After that first paragraph, I can see why you’re a TA and not a teacher. Have you made the move from South Knoxville to Bearden yet?    Maybe he left because he is an actual teacher and coach, and didn’t want to be associated with a group of foul mouthed middle school coaches who like to pretend they’re big time.
    • Yeah and the coach is gone. Whole bizarre situation here. We played them a couple of times at MTSU last few years. She was a player for sure.
