baseballnut86
Big game for both programs other than the gate who wins it?
KermitDeeFrog
I'm calling a upset on this game and even though they both got great defenses it'll be a defensive nightmare. I predict lots of points will be scored by both teams, should sell a lot of tickets as well.

swingjuice
Milan's got two return guys that can take it to the house in a blink of an eye.
howdoitknow
I'll take Huntingdon to knock off Milan this week. Both of these teams could very easily wind up in Cookeville on the first weekend in December.

I agree on that both are very likely to win a gold ball if they make it representing the west
HUSKER
If Milan plays good they will win handily. They should not have too much of a problem stopping the running game. I see Milan running away late 42-20.
sls
Huntingdon took Milan to the woodshed. Beat Milan in every phase of the game. Shut Milan completly down on offense, only 60 yards 2nd half, 9 1st downs for the game, 174 total yards. Pounded the ball against Milan's defense all night for 20 1st downs. If Milan has more depth, Milan sure did look wore out at the end of the game. I do remember a few years back, Milan beat Huntingdon, then Huntingdon learned a lot from that game and went on to win a championship. And the year before that the roles were reversed. So it is not the end of the world for Milan. Hopefully a learning experience. It showed to me once again Milans defense is not a good as people think. It has been the competition or lack of. Offensively with the talent that is there Milan should be able to pass the ball. There is no timing in the passing game what so ever. Congrats Huntingdon, you guys are a solid team and Warbritton, mr everything, is a beast.

volfan007
It really sounds like Milan is not as good as in years past. AND, it sounds like Huntingdon is a very good team this year. And, for a single A team to beat a 3A Milan is a huge win for the Mustangs. With Alcoa being down this year, and Milan being down; it makes you wonder who'll be playing for the Gold ball in 3A this year? Also, on the 1A thread, someone is saying that Warbritton got hurt at the Milan game. Someone said he'll miss the McKenzie game, but someone else said that he may be out for the season. If this is true, that will be a huge blow to the Mustangs....huge.
