Only thing head to head is used for is to determine district champions and runner up which is already decided. After that, the TSSAA 16 point tiebreaker is in effect. One has to go to the 4th tiebreaker to determine the seeding of Dyersburg and Obion Central and Obion's schedule included more teams who had the most victories.
