BDP has to stay focused at practice this week and not overlook the War Eagles. Looking at the bracket, WH may have wanted to be a 6 or 7 seed and play Maplewood in the second round. However, we got the #4 and get to host a first round match-up. I love our chances this week for the win and hop on the bus and travel West to Lexington again.

Good luck Blue Devils. I am former Blue Devil who lives in West Tennessee on the same exit you get to go to Lexington on I-40. If the McKenzie Rebels don't pull it out this Friday, I will see you in Lexington the following week. We scrimmaged Lexington in the pre-season. We lost 4 to 2. Lexington is big and strong with some really good running backs. They are everybit as good as their 10 and 0 record dictates. However, I also remember a Memphis Melrose team which was a good as their record dictated also. Believe in yourself and the power of BDP.

Playing a team in back-to-back weeks can hurt you if you come in overconfident and thinking "we've already destroyed these guys and we're going to do it again". Sycamore's defense is not as bad as they played last Thursday night.
