CHARGERFAN
Should've been there 97 or 98 when Melrose came down. Filled up the visitors side, plus the North end of the track about 12 deep. I was there. I don;t remember that many being there.
CHARGERFAN
Here's another option for eating. The Ag shop is across the street from the football field. Friday evening 11/18/11 the Covington FFA chapter will have an all you can eat chili supper, serving will begin at 5:30 and continue until 6:45. It will be inside the Ag. Dept. shop which is north of the pecan grove. The price of the meal is $5.00 which includes a drink, chips, and crackers . fsunoles1623
Getting closer to gametime. Going to be a cold night tonight in West Tennessee for this matchup of two very good high school football teams. Covington is ready, Chester County is ready, the fans are ready, only a few more hours till this one kicks off. Not a big fan of picking high school games, but I just feel like the heart of Covington will carry them to the next round. These guys know what its like to be sitting at home during the playoffs, and they want no part of that next week. The 3 running backs of Covington--#12, #8, #5, will all have big games tonight, but the defense of Covington will step up again when needed. Chester County 21 Covington 28 Good Luck to both teams tonight! Looking for a good battle from both teams.
sonofmandingo
I am pulling for Covington in this one,,,,,,, So DHS tennis will be wrong from his prediction that the semi final representative from the West will be either Chester, Lexington or his beloved Liberty. He has hated on District 13 all year!! Tonight we will see, Covington has had a tough road and are ready for the challenge

plumb69
Go Eagles! The sub par team from Henderson is a group of road warriors for the third playoff Friday in a row. The sub par team from Henderson is still standing while Liberty and Lexington practice basketball. Nothing but tough games now Eagles and these you tube rappers from Covington will be ready to play, but will they be ready for Chester County football? Got to concentrate, listen to the coaches, execute and bring a quarterfinal win back to Henderson. Best of luck guys, leave it ALL on the field.
