If we don't get it together and play better than last night, our butts will be sitting at home on Thanksgiving weekend.

Oh I don't doubt that statement at all. We need to get back to how we were playing all season long, Can't say much about the defense but our offense needs to start playing how we did all year long. I think they will this week, last night woke them up and they are even more determined now. Penalties really made it look much worse, but we got through all those. I think Henry County wins against Ridgeway with the final score of 35-21. Hope to see a good showing this Friday night and I know Coach Counce is preaching the locker room that Ridgeway is our only focus. Go Big Red!

Henry County rushed for 446 yards, their offense looked great to me, As we play teams that are faster those 65 yard runs we had early in the year will be 15-20 yard runs in the playoffs, we as fans need to understand that our offense was dominant last friday, and so was our defense giving up 65 yards total yards, there was a lack of discipline that cost some penalty yards and stopped drives but I think we punted 2-3 times? We can not expect our offense to score every possession,lol just because they did in some of their regular season games, it appeared to me that they were working on their passing game once the game was in hand. two interceptions late in the game. the only stat that NE even came close to with Henry county was the penalties, the qb for NE had over 300 yards the week before and he did not have 100 in two games against Henry County. We averaged roughly 10 yards a carry and you fools complain about not playing well, compare to the first game with NE and you should understand that those games just do not happen weekly, NE had some injuries in first game and they quit late in the first quarter. If we continue to keep the ball off the ground we will do just fine.

      Im asking everyone to keep roy whited and his family in your prayers. Coach whited won back to back state championships at white county in 98-99. He is very well liked and respected in this area. For those of you that dont know he went missing 3 days ago. No one knows where he is. His truck was found in a rural part of the county. Thanks again. We are all very concerned.

      West would be a good team to get behind if they can pull it off again like last year. That championship game last year was awesome.

      I say that because he stepped out of a MUCH better situation on his own than he would see at least his first 3 years at DCA and it would take at least that much to bring him back to coaching. There are other fish in the sea, but again money talks. Need to fix the girls hoops too. Now I'll try again. Who has Pierce locked in for his staff? Hearing a McGavock man but not the Iceman.

      I’ve heard mostly good things from the gridiron. Lots of optimism. It sounds like the portal has mostly helped, though there are a few expected defections. Comeback year!

      Rudesell 1 year at Crockett. Coach Tate 2 weeks a Bradford. South Gibson supposedly going with jcs middle school coach. Which isn’t who I thought would get it, I know the top 2 was between him and Obion girls head coach.
