They live DEEP in the Siegel zone. ie right next to the school. ie on the west side of Memorial.

 

If you think about it, Siegel or Oakland, its basically R'dale now.

The DNJ had a list of guys that stood out in the spring.

 

"Spring standouts: WR/DB Tad Onwu, FB/LB Peyton Phillips, FB/LB Scottie Boykin, RB/DB Ricardo Terry, OL Mitchell Maxwell, DL Travis Martin, LB Brandon Stewart"

 

I might have added a few more but those guys looked good.

I saw Woodruff at the MTSU 'Friday Night Lights' camp last week and his leg and arm looked really well. He posted a quick 40 yard dash and the arm was stronger than ever. He is ready!

Blackmans spring QB prospect Chase Smotherman was also at the camp and also posted very quick times, showed good footwork and a strong arm.

None of the other local QBs were there but my guess is they are ready as well.

 

I can't wait for this season to get underway.

I got to talk to Coach Fields about a week ago and he is saying good things about the team. Not only the QB's, but the receiver corps as well.
