Great effort by Patriots, lost in bottom of 7th with 2 outs on a play at the plate. Heartbreaker, looked like Page made the play, but call didn't go our way.

Congrats to our team for reeling off 12 straight wins to jump all the way from 7th to 3rd in District...thought we would go further, but it didn't happen. 12AA ball is as tough as a lot of AAA districts...anyone who faces MC or SH will have their hands full.

Kirby did one heck of job with 1st year Summit team...Marshall will be tough-probably best hitting team in the District.

Coach Kirby really did an amazing job with this young but talented team. They played like juniors and seniors even though they were just freshmen and sophomores. Their future is bright.
