Although MC is on the road I think they have the best chance for 11-AA. Camden gets the home field advantage but Spring Hill is tough. 12-AA has been really good last few years with some good teams and I'm not sure extra days have hurt 11-AA because D12 has just been good. Good luck to D11!

Yeap Camden fell to Spring hill 3-1. They had thier chances and springhills pitcher just battled out of jams.

 

Good season again boys. Camdens out look for next year is bright. The soon to be sophmore class is one of the most talented to come through Camden in a long time. Good

No doubt. Marshall County has a history of good baseball down there and Spring Hill, Giles and Page are always going to have good programs. Days rest for arms don't hurt none.

 

Good luck Central. You guys are always tough in post season.

Spring Hill-MC should be a good game to watch. SH is as deep in pitching as any AA team (and many AAA teams for that matter)I've ever seen. Saw first hand their #4 beat AAA Franklin High (who plays Overton tonight for Region Champ)in a 2 hit shut out. My 11AA bud tells me MC plays hard and with a lot of confidence, so I would expect a nail biter.

      Yes region 1 is extremely weak but a # 5 seed out of region 2 has no business in the playoffs either.

      They've had some great talent over the years. They usually don't whip no one but can be tough to stop on offence.

      Could be a lot of reason from what I’ve seen so far.  The lights wouldn’t turn on at Smyrna last night and had to move games to Blackman could be a reason or maybe he is talking about how on some of the games on NFHS network the camera placement was absolutely asinine. ( had a camera set up right in front of a net and couldn’t see crap)

      If Gordonsville can manage getting through these next 2 games without using him it will be ideal. ER was the last team to not have to pitch their #1 till the state championship i believe. Worked out well for them but they also had one of the best 1A staffs of all time that year. Only allowed one run the whole tournament and it was in the 7th inning.

      And he’s not even their #1. Lights out performance. Gordonsville is in the drivers seat with their #1 arm available throughout the tournament.
