Matt Smith for Liberty is no rooty-poo either at 6'5! He had 20pts 15 rebs and 5 blocks in the region finals and 23 pts 12 rebs 4 blocks in the substate game. Should be a nice battle in the paint! Honestly Liberty was weak in the post last year if it wasnt for a few tick tack calls on barry griffen last year we may be singing another tune he fouled out and libertys guard took over>>>With that being said from what ive read so far on Howard Walters is already better than griffen so this should be a good one i havent heard much on Liberty as i have in the past
reams9
Liberty plays as a team. Last year showed that size doesn't matter. Kendal Anthony was not very big and ran all over Howard. Don't put all your money on size. I still stand behind Liberty as taking home the gold ball once again this year.

[/quot liberty had some size last year and Anthony is gone...it will be a very good game i think and size does matter because when griffen fouled out Howard was up and Liberty players and coaches was very happy to see him have to come out the game>>>>Howard only plays as a team they havent played selfish ball since this coach has had them but i do know that liberty always brings it but we never bag down from a good fight

If u can score points and not turn the ball over u can beat them.. the Indians came close but to many bad turnovers
