Who will make the Class 1A State Tournament?

What about Perry Co. because they swept Collinwood in head to head match up this year.

 

 

Didn't FC play both South Pitt and Boyd Buchannan? Which was better, South Pitt is pretty young overall this year. Wayne Co. is pretty good too.

5): Tough one could be Cascade, Wayne Co. or dark horse Mt. Pleasant (Ring is one of the best pitchers in the state and could win the sectional game almost by himself. Wayne Co. has played well and Cascade has Carkuff and Rippy

7: Adamsville or Huntingdon that'll be a hard fought battle out west.

Not going to pick 8 but I believe it will be a good Friendship Chr.vs Riverside State Championship.

If you think Oliver Springs will make it to state, you are crazy. They will need a miricle to even make it past region semifinals

Hard to say who is better. Both are good.

I think your 4 & 5 slots are by far the toughest to call. There is going to be some good teams upset over there. Any of the following are capable of getting in. Wayne Co, Perry Co, collinwood, summer town, mt . Pleasant, cascade, Eagleville, Forest.

All are good clubs with an argument they should make it. Only 2 will make it thru.

 

That's why I asked for everyone to list 8. Not 1 or 2.

Unfortunately yes. #1 Pitcher signed with Memphis #2 Pitcher signed with Tusculum

 

They will also get a couple more players eligible at District Tourney time that are supposed to be the real deal.

 

IMO they won't play a full 7 inn in the play-offs until they reach the Boro.

So does that same reasoning mean last years Eagleville team should not have been in 1A since they had transfers who became eligible during the the post season?

Please explain the difference in transfers to 1A Eagleville and a transfers to 1A Grace.

I think those E ville transfers were from AAA Riverdale too.

Why does everyone keep saying Oliver Springs?? They have been swept by District 3's #2 team, #3 team, #5 team, and split with the last place team. They even lost to a horrible Wartburg team yesterday. They would be like a 5 or 6 seed in the district 3 tourny...

 

The two teams from the east will be Grace and either North Greene or Unaka
