I am starting a youth program and am looking for tournaments local to the I-24 & I-75 region of TN between Clarksville over to Knoxville and down into GA and Alabama. I've checked AAU and themat.com and have not found anything for the months of October-January. If you know of any tournaments fitting the description, please post and let me know. Thank you.

TN uses AAU for the folksyle season which usually starts the beginning of December. The tournaments are usually not decided until the regional meetings in September. The majority of Georgia uses USA and their season begins much earlier. I believe they start pre-season tournaments around the end of September. Sorry, but I'm not familiar with Alabama at all. TN and GA use trackwrestling so you'll be able to get information there when the season gets closer.

TN uses AAU for the folksyle season which usually starts the beginning of December. The tournaments are usually not decided until the regional meetings in September. The majority of Georgia uses USA and their season begins much earlier. I believe they start pre-season tournaments around the end of September. Sorry, but I'm not familiar with Alabama at all. TN and GA use trackwrestling so you'll be able to get information there when the season gets closer.

What part of the state will you be located in? The Tn schedule will be posted on Tnyouthwrestling.com. You can check out last years schedule on the website to get an idea of what will be offered. You can also contact your region rep to go to their meetings regarding scheduling.

AL also uses Track and you can also check their website at http://alabamawrestling.net/

      They did a 10 play series deal instead of down and distance. LC scored twice but if it had been an actual game neither would have mattered because they turned over the ball twice with Sweetwater forcing fumbles both times. LC only scored on the 2nd stringers as well. Defense is looking solid and the offense has a good running back and receiver who did not play last year but made several great catches during the scrimmage, I believe the cats had some key pieces missing with baseball and track still being in season at the time. Considering the wildcats were matched up against a 5A school the cats held their own and forced multiple turnovers while also creating scoring opportunities against the LC defense.

      I don’t see any of them guys why leave programs to go there with no community backing or anything. Word up here on the hill is davy and veto into it over whose kid should be q b for jr high. Tough times in tc hope it all changes with a new face. And once again we aren’t giving up shoulders. And he doesn’t want that crap down there lol

      Whoever gets hired I don’t think they will be there long, they’ll get ran out of town because they can’t win a tough region with a pee wee team.
