PC has not been a well coached team since Fitzgerald left. He left them loaded with the best QB in the State in Deaute Mason who recently was named preseason all conference for Ala A & M. They have been irrelevant since DM's departure. Sure, many of their kids have opportunities at Junior Colleges which require the family and student to come up with a large sum of $$$ for living accommodations and expenses that are not paid for by the JC. PC claims Tiny Richardson (Ensworth) and Nick Hill (Duke - MLK) so their school statistics are a little skewed. McGavock, Overton, Cane Ridge, Maplewood, Hillsboro and maybe Antioch are all better metro football programs currently. I know that most of these schools have higher enrollment but when you add in the numbers that MLK High School has, it probably equals out.

I can't believe that your computer or laptop even let u type something so stupid...PC could win the state this year and you would still have something negative too say...The only team on your list that's even on PC level would be Maplewood and that's only cause they went too the state last year and you saw how that turned out...So if its not about Blackman I'm done responding.

You are foolish. Richardson would not have made it to college without PC family doing what was needed to help a young black male become academically fit for NCAA Clearing house when the private school wouldn't.

Nick Hill and his class signed 12 total scholarships not including Richardson none of them signed to a JC.

MLK is one of the top school in the state in education with most students not thinking of sports.

PC averages 12 students from MLK to play football.

There are only 3 schools in Metro Nashville to win State Football titles and Only 2 to have won it twice.

Coach Brunetti has the highest winning percentage of any active Metro Nashville Football Coach.

All of the schools you named high higher enrollment numbers than PC.

Most of will not play PC due to fear of losing the game and future students to PC.

Women lie. Men lie. Numbers don't!!!!!

Tony Brunetti is 43-33 at Pearl-Cohn from 2006-PRESENT. They went to the state semifinals twice (lost both times to 2 absolutely LOADED Fulton teams) and have been to the state quarterfinals on four occasions. Brunetti is a combined 8-1 in the 1st & 2nd rounds of the playoffs.

Maurice Fitzgerald was 102-81 from 1990-2005 at Pearl-Cohn. He won state titles in 1996 & 1997 (anyone would have won 4A with his '97 squad). Outside of those 2 championship seasons Pearl-Cohn only reached the state quarterfinals on ONE OCCASION (1998 loss "upset loss" to Whites Creek). As head coach at PCHS Fitzgerald was a combined 9-7 in the 1st & 2nd rounds of the playoffs.

Numbers do not lie. Brunetti, along with his staff (in particular Wilson, Davis, and Harris), have been very solid at Pearl-Cohn and anyone who disputes this is simply clueless and JEALOUS of their success.

NCS hit the nail right on the head... These Pearl fans are the only ones drinking their kool aid. I'm still amused by the Pearl Cohn University reference. Hilarious

You are funny. The last two football seasons the only two teams still in the playoffs in November when the All City Honors are announced are maplewood and pearl cohn. And last year pearl cohn beat maplewood.

In the last five years no other school in middle tennessee has put more players in college than pearl cohn including private schools. So there parents are still drinking PCU flavored kool aid on saturdays at the game. LMAO
