Well... Millington lost in OT blocked PAT.... Millington also missed a field goal in the first half. What really gets to me is some of these refs miss the most obvious calls. Cant blame the game on the refs but the side line ref on millingtons side was bad... Missed a pass interference call in the endzone even though the ball was caught but they call it out of bounds. The Gtown DB was pulling the jersey of the Millington player for a good 5 yards before the pass... How can he miss that when its right infront of his face??? The entire Millington crowd saw it and one ref who is looking for calls like that misses it??? but he calls other holding calls agaisnt Millington consistantly!!! Yes we got some calls but that one call was the game changer in my opinion. The momentum in the first half just went flat for us. Germantown gave Millington all they could handle in the first half with there running game but Millington woke up in the second half and keyed in on them... Again was a fun game and great come back for Millington but the refs can ruin the spirit of players making bad calls and not making calls when its obvious a call should have been made and that was a difference in the game being won or lost! Hate to see the season end this way but looking forward to next season....
