Class A Boys TNT Bracket

Does anyone know any info about boys teams in the Class A bracket? Any information is appreciated.

Tell me about Christ the King then. What makes you think they will win the Single A tournament.

No, they finished second to Dyer. They had several eight graders as well last year.

Saw Eastside play at James C Haile State tournament last week in Murfreesboro against Southside out of Lebanon. They were ahead most of the game, and gave it away in the 4th. Have one really good player - wears goggle glasses - nice looking shot from over his head - hard to block - likes to shoot around the elbow - good size team for small school.

 

Pickett County and South Cumberland are good teams in 2A from the Upper Cumberland/Plateau area that i have seen play- both teams are primarily 7th Graders, but have been playing together since they were in 4th/5th Grade - very well coached and play together well. Next year, these will definitely be the teams to beat. South Cumberland was un-defeated at Christmas, but went 1-3 at a Farragut Middle School tournament in Knoxville during the Holidays - also losses to CAK-Knoxville and Ocoee Middle from Cleveland, TN in January. Losses came against larger schools with predominately 8th Graders. Last year, this group at South Cumberland went 27-0 as 6th Graders, won the James C Haile 6th Grade State Championship, and finished in the final four of TN State 6th Grade YBOA tournament as Crossville Reds (school team playing against select teams) this past summer at AGame in Nashville - these boys have played a lot of ball together - 70 games in the last year.

I think South Fentress is a dangerous team to play in 2A. However, I still would like more info on 1A.

Anybody know anything about the Whitworth team in 4A? Saw them beat Station Camp by 20 last year just wondering if they had anything coming back?
