Community lost a lot of good talent, but they have been working hard this off season. AJ Harris will be leading a young D this year, and he is a man, who just happens to be 17. AJ's bench max is 405, can do 225 25 times, 250, 20 times, and ran a 4.8 shuttle at Bethel (not bad for a 275lb kid). Coach Frost really has these kids getting stronger and faster, they may just have less talent this year.
