Alcoa 1 Kingston 0. Very well played match. Both teams played hard. Kingston is well coached and talented The keeper for Kingston is one of the best I have seen all season. He is fearless.

 

We travel to Scott County on Monday 4/22.

South Gibson got back to winning with a 1-0 win @ Liberty and a 9-3 win @ Ripley despite the scores the Hornets controlled both games all game long against to well behaved teams. A big improvement coming late in the year from the Hornets offense. They close there season with 3 home district games against Westview, South Fulton, and Gibson Co. SGC needs to win out for a bye

Notre Dame and Chattanooga Christian tie 0-0

 

ND controlled 75% of this game (if not more), multiple opportunities/shots within the 18 for ND...just none on frame (and should have been)...ND's keeper was never challenged the majority of the match (don't think he had to make any true 'saves')...Not sure how CCS beat Signal Mountain, and ND couldn't beat Signal Mountain...the mystery of high school soccer....

Great crowd tonight to watch CAK down us. This is a very different CAK team from the last few years. Not to say they are not as good, they are just different style wise and the strengths are different. Very sound in all phases of the game.
