District 10-AAA 2013

Henry County will be loaded and Northeast has been a major threat in recent years. Dickson County is now out of the district. How does everyone see it shaking out?

1. Henry County- 15 starters returning from an 8-2 squad. Plenty of speed, size, experience, and depth. Could be one of the best teams in 5A by the time it's all said and done.

 

2. Clarksville- Should have enough athletes and experience to give anybody fits. The Reagan kid is a monster up front, and I hear they have a very talented upcoming quarterback.

 

3. Northeast- They always seem to be at least fair, if not above average. You could make a legitimate case that they were the 2nd best team in 5A last year when healthy. Although I expect them to take a step back after losing Reeves-Maybin, I'd still be surprised if they aren't one of the best the district has to offer.

 

4. Rossview- I believe they have some talent returning on offense. Scored a lot of points last year.

 

5-8 seems like a crap shoot at this point. Kenwood lost a lot of explosiveness from its backfield, and also has a new head coach. Springfield is still trying to find itself. Northwest and West Creek, who knows.
