A more fundamental problem is the fact that there are too few teams in Div II for it to be a truly legitimate classification, coupled with the extreme disparity between the bulk of Div II AA and Div II A. I really don't see a way to change this issue.

This is the root of the problem. I dream of a re-unified Tennessee prep football league. Sadly, I fear those days are behind us forever.

Figured the roster would be in the mid-30 range and you seem to know the exact number of 33. That's been about the average the last few years and that's a very good reason why Webb will remain where they are and never "play up".
