More padding the issue of concussions and better helmets

^{One thing the helmet caps might also do is help players "unlearn" using the "head-first" approach to tackling. One of the things I have thought is whether helmets are really fitting correctly. It seems odd to me that a player can whip off his helmet like it is a ball cap. Mine always required two hands unless i planned to also lose an ear in the removal process.}
